Honda, who else:
Honda, who else:
Honda, who else:
A circular canvas film made for Discovery Channel in South Africa by Bryan Devlin, Luis Tolosana, Warren Lewis, Ree Treweek, Daniel Ting Chong, Mike Morocco, Toyah Moon Humphreys, Paul Ressel & Josh Ginsburg. Conceptualized and directed by Bryan Little of Fly on the Wall.
An interactive mirror made by Lit Studios. It really looks like fun. I can only imagine how does it feel like to have a full blown photo-realistic three-dimensional background while interacting with it. And the best part? It uses common mouse interface so you can build your interfaces in Flash.
Minority Report now looks even lamer:
A short and sweet animation of Aleksey Budovsky. You can watch it in QT quality here.
This was included in the first Animation Show DVD release. Yay! Hertzfeldt.
It’s been a while in the making, but here it comes: Resolume 3.
This version is a major step-up from the version 2 and it’s cross-platform. That’s right: you can now use it on your Mac. Interface got a complete redo, it looks fantastic compared to the previous version and finally looks like a real competitor to the Modul8. Can’t wait to play a bit with this one.
Here’s a brief introduction:
UPDATE: I installed it on my laptop (pretty old 1.6GHz HP) and it didn’t work as it requires a bit more than an integrated video card. They recomend MacBook Pro. So long Resolume, for now.
